Returns
While we cannot accept returns on coffee beans due to their consumable nature, if you are not satisfied with your coffee order, please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue. What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may email us at fuelwithpurpose@chapincoffee.com or call us at 1-312-493-6976. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fuelwithpurpose@chapincoffee.com.
